Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer:
        a. Customers can cancel their order within 2 minutes of placing it. After this period, the order is sent for processing.
         b. Once the restaurant has confirmed the order, cancellation is not allowed. In such cases, the customer will be charged in full, and no refund will be provided.
2.Order Cancellation by HelloDish:
             a. There may be instances where HelloDish is unable to accept or must cancel an order due to reasons including, but not limited to:
            i. Technical errors
            ii. Unavailability of the ordered item(s)
            iii. Any other reason attributable to HelloDish, the Restaurant Partner/Store, or the Delivery Partner
            In such cases, no cancellation charge will be levied on the customer.
            b. If the order is canceled after payment has been processed and the customer is eligible for a refund (full or partial), the refunded amount will be returned as follows:
            c. Wallet Refund: Credited within 3 working days.
            d. Source Account Refund (Bank/Card/UPI, etc.): Within 7 working days.
